We are looking for an analytical and strategic Manager, Benefits to lead our benefits programs in the US, Canada and LATAM. Ivanti’s competitive benefits plans enable us to attract and retain a world-class workforce. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develops, implements, and manages benefit policies, programs, systems and procedures for the US, Canada and LATAM.
  • Manages a staff of one at the current time.
  • Administers day-to-day operations of assigned programs - Subject Matter Expert for medical, prescription drug, LOA and Disability, voluntary programs, EAP, COBRA and other benefits.
  • Maintains knowledge of the market and legislative benefits trends and evaluates costs/benefits to the company. Ensures adherence to all requirements of benefit compliance (including but not limited to 5500 filings, 1094/5C filing, NDT testing).
  • Manages 401K administration and compliance.
  • Drives the strategic evolution and execution of our benefits programs in line with Ivanti’s strategy, culture and values.
  • Manages all aspects of benefits for acquired companies including, but not limited to due diligence, benefits integration, benefit and 401K plan closures.
  • Establishes and measures key benefits program metrics; performing complex reporting and analysis of benefits programs and proposals.
  • Regularly benchmarks company programs and monitors external trends in order to proactively adjust company plans and programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Manages partnerships with benefit partners and vendors.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and compliance.
  • Develops policies and procedures for administering FMLA and company leave programs.
  • Manages benefit campaigns with the goal to educate and drive benefit utilization throughout the organization.
  • Assists employees with their benefit questions, requests, changes and updates.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • 10+ years’ experience working in Human Resources
  • You will have previous knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • You will have working knowledge of the standard principles of human resources benefits management
  • You will have knowledge of employee benefits regulations, language, principles and practices, and operating procedures
  • You will have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the public, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender, cultural diversities, and disabilities
  • Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity, manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Acquisition experience is a plus
  • Workday experience is a plus
