Manager, Customer Success – LinkedIn Talent Solutions

The LinkedIn Talent Solutions Customer Success team are trusted advisors to our customers with a core focus on helping them realise value with their LinkedIn solution. Your role will be to lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the delivery of post-sale implementation and education services across Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will work in close coordination with sales, product and service delivery teams across LinkedIn. You and your team will also have responsibility for increasing customer engagement and driving new product adoption in existing accounts.  


  • Lead a team of CSM’s in delivering implementation, education advisory, and other post-sale services across two key business segments, Enterprise and Mid-Market
  • Hire and develop individual contributors and design programs to develop and transform our team and talent
  • Provide the team with thought leadership, coaching, one on ones and performance appraisals
  • Build and maintain a strong team through both external hiring and internal talent development
  • Inspire the team and stakeholders through times of change
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders in prioritizing key initiatives to maximize customer success and support sales goals
  • Drives key customer engagements and becomes a go-to leader for executive customer conversations
  • Utilize LinkedIn, client and other data to derive insights and use these to ensure that the team goal is related to implementation, account improvement, and new product rollouts are tracked and achieved
  • Approximately 25% travel

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience within a SaaS environment
  • Experience within Account Management
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation
  • Background in participation and leadership within the Customer Success Industry

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, mitigate risks, identify dependencies and manage resources
  • Strong ability to derive insight from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis
  • Ambitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Demonstration of operational excellence through results of building or leveraging scale or launching a new product/program
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment with changing priorities
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong sense of how to build relationships across multiple teams, and deep understanding of how to get work done in matrix organizations
