We are looking for a talented Manager, Experiential Marketing who will be responsible for the execution of global experiential marketing initiatives for Catapult One, including trade shows, training clinics, camps & academies, and more.  The successful candidate will develop and implement our playbook for scaling Catapult One’s physical presence where our customers are, bringing demonstrated experience and successes to the table on day one.  This is an exciting role for someone looking to bring their experiential marketing responsibility to the next level within the fastest-growing portion of our business.  Alongside your teammates and other partners across the organization, you will become the de-facto leader for driving awareness and sales through in-person activations.  We believe that our customers deserve the best experiences, and we are on a mission to maximize our ability to meet them there they are. Members of our team need to match this ethos by taking responsibility for constantly improving productivity and development of self, and be able to deliver in a fast-paced environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop experiential marketing playbook for Catapult One across multiple regions and activation types
  • Establish the processes for in-person activations in a scalable way
  • Take ownership of all sponsorships with in-person activation components, fostering positive relationships and maximizing ROI
  • Create tools and processes for management of multiple simultaneous events in various locations
  • Partner with sales to establish lead-generation approach, direct sales functionality, and success reporting for in-person activations
  • Own the experiential marketing budget and corresponding output KPIs
  • Cultivate relationships with agencies, vendors, partners, and other 3rd parties to maximize the impact of our experiential activities
  • Oversee onsite event execution of major initiatives
  • Maximize in-person activations attendance and standardize post-activation marketing activities

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 6+ years of experience in event production, event marketing, or field marketing
  • Demonstrated desire to take ownership of a new aspect of our marketing mix
  • Experience working with 3rd party partners, sponsors, and agencies, including term negotiation
  • Superb project management skills
  • The desire, and flexibility, to work across multiple international projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Flexibility for occasional travel
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Experience with sports or technology products, a plus
