Roles and responsibilities:
- To lead ERP implementation across the organisation.
- Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
- Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
- Reviews financial reports.
- Prepares financial forecasts.
- Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Assists management to make financial decisions.
- Investigates means to improve profitability.
- Reviews and processes payments of the company.
- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- To contribute in product design and structure from financial aspect.
- To take care of GST workings, return and compliance.
What you need :
- CA with 2-6 years of experience
- Hands on experience of Oracle/SAP
- Excellent communication and excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong quantitative and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Thoroughness
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Adept at analysing information
- Decision making skills and Adaptive
- Strong negotiation skills
- Financial modelling skills
- Team player and ability to work in cross functional environment
