We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Manager, Influencer Marketing to join the Golin team in Los Angeles.

 

What We Need:

 

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Manager, Influencer Marketing who is a natural multi-tasker and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

As the Manager, Influencer Marketing, you are responsible for supporting strategy and executing influencer programming for several of our clients. You will work closely with the SVP, Digital and client leads to create and drive measurable influencer strategies, with clear goals to meet defined client objectives, inclusive of increasing brand awareness and product discovery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience identifying and engaging influencers, managing influencer communities, building influencer programs and campaigns, managing influencer outreach, and creating engaging, brand worthy content that is always audience first.

 

Finally, this person will also have a deeply rooted interest in youth culture, entertainment, and lifestyle and be able to identify key influencers for both paid and earned opportunities. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Reporting to the SVP, Digital, you will:

 

  • Coordinate all aspects of influencer marketing programs, from strategy to activation, to deliver fully integrated campaigns/programs
  • Help define the future of our influencer strategy and how it evolves
  • Cultivate and build relationships with client leads to deliver effective influencer marketing solutions
  • Activate with paid influencers and/or key partners/groups and manage relationships to ensure completion of any agreed upon activations/initiatives and attainment of negotiated metrics.   
  • Co-lead, with the measurement team, post-mortems for campaigns and programs and report on key insights, recommendations, and strategic adjustments to optimize for continuous improvement.
  • Create and execute project campaign timelines and schedules.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and influencer management/agents
  • Stay abreast of influencer trends and strategy to identify new opportunities and platforms.
  • Other responsibilities as required. 

 

What You Have:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years influencer marketing management experience required (including strategic planning, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, creative briefing, and execution) in addition to relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest influencer marketing best practices
  • Excellent understanding of influencer marketing KPIs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the agency and our external partners.
  • Ability to present with confidence to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture
  • Demonstration of initiative and innovation – always looking at improving our strategy and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary.
  • Bachelor or Diploma preferably in a relevant field
  • Design skills and/or gaming experience is considered an asset
