Golin is hiring a

Manager, Insights & Analytics

Los Angeles, United States

Golin is seeking an Insights and Analytics Manager to join our Strategist team in the Los Angeles office. This hybrid role will sit at the intersection of data and analytics as well as youth culture and conversation. This is an awesome opportunity for anyone who is naturally curious, has a passion for pop culture trends, loves to solve problems and be a strategic consultant on award-winning campaigns to have an immediate impact.

Don’t have the technical skills? Don’t let’s that scare you, because we can teach you. This role isn’t about knowing the back-end setup of Facebook or having your Google Analytics Certification (though it’s awesome if you do!). It’s about being inspired to connect the dots between something you saw in Twitter Analytics, a hashtag blowing up on Instagram that all the “cool kids” are using, and the latest viral sensation on a digital platform that most people haven’t heard of yet and applying that to strategic recommendations for Golin clients and prospects. That’s why our ideal candidate not only has an interest in tracking culture but is highly motivated to create it as well.

Golin is a progressive public relations agency designed to reach the profoundly diverse market. Inclusion is a core value for Golin and we are focused on establishing a culture that is intentionally inclusive, potently diverse and uncompromisingly equitable. We’re especially committed to going all in for our people by offering our LifeTime benefits program which includes unlimited time off, enhanced family care, generous health and wellness benefits, and a monthly LifeTime stipend for the gym or hobbies.
