Manager - Marketing (HNI segment)

Bengaluru, India

This is a key role in ensuring the success of one of our most important business segments - HNI. This person will be responsible for devising and implementing the marketing strategy that will help the segment meet its business goals.


Individual contribution 60% 

  • Evaluate and prioritise the online and offline marketing activities for the segment 
  • Plan the digital marketing activities that are most optimal for the segment - Paid Search, Display, Databases etc - and work with external and internal partners for execution
  • Lead the execution of offline events and related activities, including sponsorships and partnerships
  • Build the communication strategy for the segment across multiple touch points through the journey, and work with the internal team for creative requirements
  • Create and execute a strategy for retaining customers and increasing their contribution to business goals
  • Build dashboards and processes for systematic data analysis of the above activities and thereby continuous process optimisation

Program Management 40%

  • Work with the brand and creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of the segment’s requirements 
  • Collaborate with data and product teams for improvements on financial and consumer products, and creation of measurement dashboards 
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners for the smooth execution of marketing plans

The ideal candidate will have


  1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Hands on experience with digital media, and analytics tools
  3. Some experience in CRM systems, planning and executing email, SMS campaigns, notifications, as well as  managing lists and creating an ongoing schedule of content mapped to different audience segments 


  1. Adept in the usage of digital channels - Search, Display, marketing automation - and Google Analytics 
  2. Ability to understand consumer needs and translate that into product and communication requirements


  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  2. Ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
  3. Analytical mindset and critical thinking 
  4. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

Academic qualifications

  1. Graduate/Post Graduate
  2. Fields of study: Marketing
