Where we need help

What does the job entail?

  • Website user behavior, step conversion, A/B test analysis and recommendations.
  • Brand health surveying and analysis
  • Existing customer NPS surveying and analysis
  • Customer cohort, purchase behavior. Understanding the cadence and motivation behind repeat purchase behavior, or lack thereof.
  • Demand generation and direct response channel performance analysis
  • BA/BS or equivalent, MA/MS preferred
  • Proficient in R, SQL and/or Python
