Responsibilities:
- Act as a finance business partner to the Marketing and Sales function and provide expert financial advice and challenge the management team to support decision-making that helps in overall growth of the business
- Enable Marketing/Sales efficiency optimization and help in executing the operational strategy of company by building out finance processes to support these functions.
- Play a key role in planning by providing insight into business performance, supporting strategic decision-making and helping to predict the future of the business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, including preparation of the forecasts and annual business plan
- Support senior management with performance analysis
- Decision support on investment, provide business cases supported by analysis and key assumptions and review the performance of the investments
- Identify trends, improvements including recommendations on opportunities or risk mitigation
- Develop and track relevant KPIs and metrics for Marketing/Sales Departments
- Improve business performance through setting up procedures, data flow and process automation to drive productivity and efficiency measures -
Job Requirements:
- Candidates for this position will have 6+ years of progressive finance and experience. Exposure to SaaS business models is preferred
- Deep understanding of financial modeling and key metrics; strong understanding of US GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize complex analyses into pragmatic and actionable guidance for business partners
- Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in financial modelling and experience manipulating large data sets from various sources, interpreting data trends, and extracting business insights
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, including documentation of current state, gap identification and closure to create improved future state processes
- Experience influencing, training, mentoring, and leveraging one’s skills and others to achieve objectives in a cross-functional and matrix organizational environment
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL & Access. Experience with Anaplan a plus.
- Ability to network throughout a large, complex and matrixed organization and able to bring a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, seeking continuous opportunities and improvement

Salary range of $78,100 - $110,330. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
