We are seeking a highly strategic, driven, and analytical Manager to join our Talent Services team to help build the future of our operational reporting and data management delivery model. The Talent Services organization exists to support the delivery of employee experiences through HR technology, support of employee questions, and through providing the operational backbone for delivering crucial HR programs. In support of these goals, we are creating a new team to centralize operational talent reporting and data maintenance.

The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in data management, HCM system reporting, and people management to help develop and deliver our vision of centralized operational reporting and data management.  You will partner with current business process owners to understand reporting and data quality audit activities and centralize them into this newly established team of HR Reporting Analysts. The new team will become the single point of contact for data quality maintenance activities and be responsible for servicing internal and business-facing workforce data requests submitted to HR case management system.

As you manage this team, you will partner closely with People Analytics, HRIT, and HR Operations leadership to understand data quality and operational reporting challenges.  In parallel to the transitioning reporting and audit work to your team, you will partner with People Analytics and HRIT to determine the roadmap for improving reporting efficiency and determine opportunities around dashboard creation and audit automation.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR Reporting Analysts
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships to understand operational workforce data maintenance and reporting needs
  • Operationalize workforce data quality audits
  • Define and scale centralized workforce operational reporting
  • Partner with HRIT and People Analytics to identify self-service and automation opportunities
  • Partner with Legal and HR Governance in support of Linkedin data privacy and protection policies
  • Develop an understanding of report functionality within third-party HR systems and our HR data warehouse 
  • Bringing critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions to define and improve operational reporting best-practices

Basic qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree
  • Experience with MSFT Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • 5+ years of data management, reporting or similar experience
  • 2+ years of people management
  • Experience developing and defining business process and standard operating procedures

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience with SQL/relational databases and business intelligence tools (Tableau)
  • Experience using third-party HCM reporting functionality, preferably in Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand and/or SmartRecruiters
  • You have experience influencing and leading with or without authority; you are a great listener and seek to understand business needs
  • You thrive in a team environment and develop authentic relationships with your colleagues and business partners
  • You are able and eager to learn new tools and skills without direction
  • Experience and passion for technology, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development
  • Graduate degree (MBA, I/O Psychology, statistics or social science)
