We are seeking a highly strategic, driven, and analytical Manager to join our Talent Services team to help build the future of our operational reporting and data management delivery model. The Talent Services organization exists to support the delivery of employee experiences through HR technology, support of employee questions, and through providing the operational backbone for delivering crucial HR programs. In support of these goals, we are creating a new team to centralize operational talent reporting and data maintenance.
The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in data management, HCM system reporting, and people management to help develop and deliver our vision of centralized operational reporting and data management. You will partner with current business process owners to understand reporting and data quality audit activities and centralize them into this newly established team of HR Reporting Analysts. The new team will become the single point of contact for data quality maintenance activities and be responsible for servicing internal and business-facing workforce data requests submitted to HR case management system.
As you manage this team, you will partner closely with People Analytics, HRIT, and HR Operations leadership to understand data quality and operational reporting challenges. In parallel to the transitioning reporting and audit work to your team, you will partner with People Analytics and HRIT to determine the roadmap for improving reporting efficiency and determine opportunities around dashboard creation and audit automation.
