Position Overview:

As the Manager / Sr. Manager of Acquisition Marketing you will be responsible for all aspects of Rent the Runway member acquisition lifecycle including awareness, consideration, registration, and activation. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the go-to-market planning and execution of new offerings, including working closely with product management teams for all aspects of digital media campaigns.
  • Partner with technology and data analytics teams to develop and implement proper site and mobile tagging, data (cookie) structure, as well as clearly determine and execute attribution models and reporting that reflect investments in paid media.
  • Growth hacker; identify specific tactics and potential site feature improvements that can create incremental visibility and conversion.
  • Lead campaign design and build to test ad copy, landing page, bidding, and audience targeting to find opportunities to drive incremental growth.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new acquisition channels and strategies to keep Rent the Runway at the forefront, including updates to social media marketing, search marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Create analyses and reports with a specific cadence containing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Develop recommendations on how to improve marketing programs given data and analytics.
  • Support the annual and seasonal planning process by offering data and history on marketing effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Develop reports and powerpoint presentations discussing ROI of marketing investment.
  • Manage relationships with external agency partners to ensure Rent the Runway get the very best standard of service
  • Assess marketplace to understand best practices in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data tracking.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS plus 5 years of experience in digital media directly managing a channel budget; 2 years of consulting or agency experience a plus
  • Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.), and SQL a plus
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets across web and mobile
  • Strong knowledge of online analytics/business intelligence tools
  • Expert presentation, report development and powerpoint skills
  • Ability to develop and present a POV and implications based on data, and present findings across the organization
