We’re looking for an experienced Creative Director, a creative professional and strong team leader to evolve the visual tone for the Intersection brand and our diverse offerings of products and services. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, hands-on visual expert who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment, and who has a track record of leading teams that produce dynamic visuals across a variety of platforms.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications, and s/he will be tasked with overseeing the visual output of content across the Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams, including the Intersection website and associated social channels. The Creative Director will also be responsible for leading an internal graphic design team of 4 within in the Marketing & Communications department, bringing department initiatives and concepts to life across multiple platforms and projects.
The ideal Creative Director will be passionate about taking deep dives into developing compelling visual communications strategies for key assignments, and be comfortable interacting with senior leadership. In addition, all Intersection Marketing & Communications team members should be excellent communicators and proactive problem solvers.
