We are seeking a high-impact Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our recruiting team, driving operational excellence, talent strategy, and performance rigor. The position sits in our Dublin office. This leader will be responsible for delivering top-tier talent for teams based in Dublin, London and San Francisco.
In this role, you will oversee a team of contract and full-time recruiters, optimize workflows, enhance recruiting data visibility, and drive key strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior technical stakeholders across Product, Design, Business Systems, Data Scientists, Infrastructure, Security, and more to shape a best-in-class hiring process.
