Title: Customer Success Specialist - Mandarin & English
Experience Range: 0 – 6 months in customer support (Open to fresh graduates)
Education: Open to Diploma and Degree holders
Location: Petaling jaya
Shift: 24/7 Rotational shift
Salary Range: Upto RM 4500 

Industry: Singapore Digital Banking

Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an extension of our brand, delivering the highest level of service to our customers. Your role includes understanding and adhering to company values, products and services, operating policies, and achieving goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Mandarin & English
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Customer Service, preferably in Banking.

Skills Required:

  • Decision-making and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and sense of urgency
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence in handling complex situations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using desktop computers and web-based applications
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office

Core Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in English and native language
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Problem-solving and detailed-oriented
  • Passion for resolving customer issues and handling complaints
