Manual QA Engineer

What we are looking for:

You are an aspiring, creative, and motivated QA Engineer with a minimum of three years QA experience in a professional software development environment. You will be responsible for conducting full test lifecycle on our SaaS product including writing test plans, test case documentation, estimation reports, test scripts, execution, verification, and reporting the status of QA.  

*******Exposure to testing mobile applications on the Android and/or iOS platforms is a plus.

What about engineering?

We’re a fun group with a focus on getting things done. We utilize a truly agile planning process, with regular planning and retrospective meetings. In between those meetings, we pair program when it make sense, test first as much as possible, and refactor and retool as required.


What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain QA/acceptance strategy and process.
  • Work alongside QA automation counterparts to ensure a well-rounded test strategy for new releases.
  • Work closely with product manager and engineering manager to outline test plans and test scripts.
  • Work closely with product manager and engineering manager to triage, categorize and prioritize tickets.
  • Report quality metrics to executive team on an ongoing basis.



  • At least 2 years in QA
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline;
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (various models) w/ experience with agile development
  • Experience in test planning, test case documentation and test effort estimations.
  • Mobile testing experience is a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and Quality Assurance policies and practices.
