What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the performance of our campaigns across all channels
  • Lead Alto’s multi-touch attribution modeling and drive effective decision-making backed by data analytics
  • Build and execute logic for a consistent attribution model; partner with brand marketing and stakeholders to design and build rigor around brand campaign measurement
  • Understand and ensure success of the MarTech roadmap
  • Set campaign and channel-level goals and forecasts, and partner with Alto's data and marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting on customer acquisition cost, including proper attribution
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make recommendations to improve the ROI of our marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and analysis on marketing performance and customer behavior
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action
  • Identify and implement new features and tools to improve the overall effectiveness of our marketing attribution strategy

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing analytics
  • Previous multi-touch attribution modeling exposure
  • Experience combining external and internal data sets to calibrate a source of truth
  • Knowledge and understanding of statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • You are an entrepreneurial builder, practical problem-solver, and collaborative colleague!
