Marketing and Communications Manager

Resource Innovations is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our growing energy efficiency team. As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will support the Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Communications in executing a large energy efficiency program’s engagement and communication strategy across channels and platforms. This role will be responsible for developing, executing and coordinating a broad scope of projects and deliverables across social media, websites, collateral, events, reports and outreach. This position works collaboratively with internal teams as well as external parties. This position supports an exciting, large energy-efficiency program that will produce significant environmental and social benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design, development, writing and posting/sending all program communications (Newsletter, web updates, social media, email announcements, etc)
• Manages communications calendar and products according to applicable processes.
• Create, schedule and distribute compelling content that provides value to our target audiences across multiple media, including the program’s website
• Edits and formats external deliverables once materials are available from SMEs. (Power points, quarterly reports, annual advice letters, score cards, MTI Plans)
• Assists in planning, and executes logistics for meetings and events with stakeholders
• Supports copy editing, content, source imagery, and coordinates production of collateral pieces
• Manages email lists and newsletters
• Maintains collateral inventory, marketing assets, and image library
• Supported by Reporting/Comms Support Analyst
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in communications and/or stakeholder engagement
• A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, journalism or similar field; Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong experience software platforms such as Salesforce, MailChimp, Google Analytics, WordPress and other platforms
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong writing and layout skills
• Experience with supporting meeting events and follow-up
• High degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness.

The compensation range for this exempt position is $63,000 - $85,000 per year. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate for the duties, responsibilities, skills and experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. Compensation may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates with industry experience.
