What you’ll do:

  • Creative Concepts - Initiate and realize new concepts on a regular basis for advertising key moments centered around business priorities and marketing data.
  • Global Marketing Ad Design - Be an empowered self-starter in the creation of strong ad concepts that push through the advertising noise, constantly pushing new ideas, exploring, and iterating fresh globally focused concepts.
  • Lead a team of designers of different seniorities. Mentor and coach them to help them grow and achieve the best results.
  • Iterations and A/B Testing - Iterate on ad concepts to achieve incremental improvements in performance, funnel conversion, and increase revenues. Be data curious and apply that curiosity to best practices to make informed decisions. Develop assumptions around creative effectiveness at the onset of concepts and reassess how those assumptions measure up to performance data.
  • Global Competitive Research - Knowledge of various, adjacent financial services companies and assess their effective strategies while conceiving your own. Be on top of regional/global trends while striving to create them.
  • Collaborative Brainstorm - Promote your ideas and the ideas of others to improve digital playbook assets through a highly collaborative, constant, and fast paced process.


  • 6+ years of Marketing Art & Design experience
  • Creative agency, media agency, or consulting agency experience appreciated. Also startup experience.
  • KnowledgeExperience onof how to execute against Brand strategy
  • Mastery of commercial design
  • Expert level Art Direction and Design tool skills
  • Revels in a fast-paced environment
  • BA in Art or Design required
