The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic marketer and storyteller with experience in community management that will support and help engage our Livongo Member community, while also keeping up a stellar online reputation. You will be responsible for the management of our communities on our social channels, while also organizing and publishing content and analyzing and reporting results. Your efforts will help to keep our social strategy effective and up to date, allowing for our fan base to grow. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential testimonials and coordinating Member outreach. Your efforts will help strengthen the Member Community, ultimately resulting in improved Member engagement.

Responsibilities

This role will contribute to growing a vibrant Member community, and is responsible for the managing of our social media channels as well as coordinating the Member testimonial process. 

  • Manage the Member Community on the Livongo Facebook and Instagram page, answering member questions, engaging with comments and reporting complaints.
  • Manage and publish the content to the Livongo Facebook and Instagram pages
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement
  • Lead the data collection and analysis of monthly metrics for social channels.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns that will build and engage the Livongo Member Community.   
  • Help us be good stewards of Member data by supporting ethical best-practices practices and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization on the capture and sharing of Member testimonials and stories.
  • Coordinate the Member Story process including managing Member outreach, scheduling interviews, tracking approvals and more.
  • Maintain database of Member Stories and support Marketing and other teams telling Member stories. 
  • Identify positive Member quotes from open-ended survey responses for testimonials or marketing outreach and relay complaints to the Member Support Team. 

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of social media and marketing experience
  • Ability to both plan and execute against a strategy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with creative teams and an eye for visual design
  • Exceptional empathy skills, consistently demonstrating the ability to understand the perspectives of others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort working cross functionally
  • Experience analyzing campaign results
  • Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A demonstrated passion for health, wellness and fitness activities and/or chronic condition causes
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business
