THE ROLE:

As the Marketing Campaign Executive, you will own the execution of marketing campaigns for a fast-moving and growing company. You will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing qualified leads, working to financial and activity targets with clear KPIs set out from day one, you will be responsible for running lead generation and nurture campaigns, planning and executing advertising campaigns, supporting the Head of Demand Generation, and all the subsequent analytics and tracking on these campaigns.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns: You’ll coordinate and execute our integrated marketing campaigns across buyer segments, verticals and regions, using a myriad of channels. These include advertising, email, event, social, partnerships, AdWords and more. You’ll also be responsible for presenting campaign recommendations and improvements based on your findings.
  • You’ll work extensively with our digital marketing solutions, including setting up and managing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce to track and report campaigns, continually assessing ROI and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
  • Lead pathways into new channels: For a start, you’ll serve as expert on AdWords campaigns to drive web and campaign conversion - a new channel for us. And, based on your experience, you’ll also drive additions to our repertoire as we grow.


Requirements

We generally don’t have hard and fast requirements - everyone is different. Core attributes and skills we’re hoping to see highlighted in your CV are:

  • 1-2 years B2B marketing experience, working specifically with HubSpot
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills, with prior experience in coordinating campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding and practical experience of PPC and SEO
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Collaborative and curious mindset, with an eye for testing for incremental improvement
  • An ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Marketing degree beneficial, but not required
