About the role

As a Campaign Manager at Grovo, you will work on the Performance Marketing team, part of the broader Marketing team that also includes Communications, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations. You will own all quarterly campaign planning with the goal of driving high-quality sales opportunities and revenue from our Mid-Market target accounts.

You will have the opportunity to plan full-funnel campaigns, influencing everything from account and lead acquisition at the top of the funnel to closing new business to client renewal and expansion. As part of the planning of your campaigns, you will incorporate multi-channel strategies to effectively communicate messaging at each point of the funnel and will work closely with skilled channel managers on execution.

The Campaign Manager role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a love of working cross-functionally to achieve challenging but rewarding goals.


Your challenges

By next year, you will have:

  • Successfully planned and executed full funnel marketing campaigns targeted to our ideal customer profile, aligned to an account-based marketing model
  • Worked with individual channel managers to integrate multiple channels (advertising, events, email, direct mail, etc.) into your campaigns
  • Built scalable reports showing the success of your campaigns through each funnel stage
  • Worked with our Lead Generation and Sales team to coordinate efforts to maximize campaign results


Your background

What we’re looking for:

  • Full-funnel, multi-channel campaign planning experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of the B2B Marketing/Sales funnel
  • Familiarity with general best practices of email, content, SEO, events, and digital marketing channels
  • A basic knowledge of the theories behind account-based marketing and how it differs from lead-based marketing
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo or other marketing automation, and attribution tools
  • Experience working with a B2B sales team to communicate campaign plans and optimize based on feedback
  • Excellent cross-functional and upward communication skills to ensure marketing campaigns incorporate the needs of the business
