Marketing Director

Beeswax, named one of Business Insider’s “hottest pre-IPO ad tech startups of 2015,” is looking for Marketing Director to help us find the most innovative and tech-savvy media buyers in the industry. Beeswax created the Bidder-as-a-Service™ concept because we believe that every advertising buyer should have the power and flexibility of a custom technology stack, so come join the team and help us take our customers into the next generation of Real-Time Bidding.

As our first marketing hire, you will will be responsible for managing all forms of lead generation and advertising. Beeswax is a SaaS model so you should be deeply familiar with concepts like MRR, CAC, ACV, and churn, and have the know-how to make these numbers work.

You will work very closely with Beeswax’s product, sales and executive teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for working hands-on with common tools like AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems, email systems, etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new lead programs through advertising, content marketing, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs for assuring marketing spend meets goals
  • Organize and execute team attendance at trade shows and industry conferences
  • Support the sales force in their needs to close business
  • Become a product and domain expert in real-time bidding and digital advertising
  • Scale our sales organization by helping build our sales processes and automation techniques
