- Experience building a team from scratch
- Successful experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy
- Knowledge of marketing research methodology
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Experience in planning and budgeting marketing activities
- Experience in achieving results with large budgets
- Availability of confirmed successful cases
- Experience working with major brands
- Strong copywriting skills
- Work experience in JIRA
- Knowledge of the blockchain industry (as an advantage)
