We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the UK. Our ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, hungry, passionate marketer. We want someone who won’t sleep until we reach our growth goals in the UK. You will work closely with our central marketing and UK regional teams with a clear goal to get Deliveroo to be the biggest food delivery brand in the UK. You must have a high risk appetite. An even higher level of intellect.

The role

  • Lead the UK & IE marketing function and work closely with all regional marketing teams
  • Ownership of the market’s marketing budget with responsibility to prove ROI on all spend
  • Own marketing KPIs and growth objectives for the UK & IE
  • Build, manage and lead a world-class UK central marketing team
  • Develop, execute and optimize customer acquisition across UK and IE carefully hitting performance targets
  • Work closely with our CRM team and optimise our retention programme within all regional markets
  • Create and execute quarterly marketing plans that translate across all channels
  • Work with central Marketing and PR teams to orchestrate large-scale, multi-channel brand awareness campaigns
  • Working closely with our internal creative teams to ensure excellent creative output across all manifestations of the brand within the market
  • Develop, refine and optimise performance marketing spend working closely with our central marketing team
