The Role
This role can be based anywhere across the East Coast of the US. We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of marketers in the US. With a focus on rapid growth, this leading role requires someone with the energy and skills to get things done. Working closely with other members of the marketing team as well as the US sales team, you will be the driving force behind Plentific’s success in North America.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand for Plentific’s offering in the US
- Own brand strategy and position Plentific as the leading property operations SaaS platform in the US market
- Develop innovative online and offline marketing strategies to support Plentific’s revenue goals
- Be an integral part of the US GTM team. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketplace and Customer Success functions to deliver growth
- Help build an effective marketing automation infrastructure focussed on scale
- Periodically conduct user research to assess product market fit and make recommendations to the management
- Analyse Plentific’s conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with external parties (eg. PR firms)
- Lead all events activities in the US
Requirements
Skills
- Strong marketing fundamentals such as strategic planning, material creation, campaign execution and analytical reporting
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adwords, Optimizely, SEMrush)
- Deep understanding of growth marketing (demand generation, lead creation, funnel management, account based marketing)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Help with raising brand awareness for both our trade and consumer audiences
- Ability to think out of the box with a can-do attitude to get things done efficiently
- Client facing with excellent communication skills with ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications
- Substantial growth marketing experience from within a B2B Enterprise SaaS business
- Experience marketing to enterprise accounts
- Marketplace business experience beneficial
- Experience with creation and execution of offline and digital marketing campaigns
- Working experience within real estate is beneficial
- Story-telling and positioning experience
