The Role:

As Marketing Executive, you’ll help to fuel the creation of ground-breaking marketing plans, campaigns and activation for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and beyond, by spotting customer and market opportunities, translating these into salient insights, and bringing solutions to life through collaboration across the CMO team, the regions, and the wider business.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Opportunities, Insights and Understanding (Market, Product, Customer & Competitor): with insatiable curiosity across data sources (including performance, market activity, customer feedback / data / reviews), develop new insights and understanding of customers and European market to help to identify brand, product and marketing / communication opportunities. Articulate these, and influence across CMO, regional and supporting teams.
  • Forecasting & NPD: Support the sizing of launches to drive forecasting.
  • Campaign Management & Planning: Work with the Brand Managers, The Creative Agency, PR & Communications, Social, Education, Visual Merchandising and Store Design, and Regions, as well as Tech teams, to provide input across campaigns / directly manage specific campaigns across the marketing matrix and touchpoints, to deliver highly innovative, engaging and integrated campaigns, activations and plans that perform (Art + Commerce.)
  • Briefing and Production: In collaboration with Brand Managers / Regions (or directly for owned campaigns), feed into brilliant briefs that spark record breaking ideas. Support preparation of marketing presentations and the delivery of campaign assets with The Charlotte Tilbury Creative Agency.
  • Post campaign assessments: Support perspectives on plan / campaign / activation performance (impact / ROI)
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships: Establish and build excellent relationships with cross-functional groups, supporting effective Global and Local interactions for Exceptional, Easy, Efficient ways of working
  • Agency Management: Assist in managing agencies and other 3rd party suppliers where relevant.
  • Finance: Manage individual project budgets and spends to input into the global budget


Key Criteria:

  • You have great passion for building brands and innovative campaigns and activations, and will have extensive experience in brand planning, campaign management and competitor analysis.
  • You will think Digital First, but always from an omnichannel perspective.
  • Creativity, Innovation and Beauty balanced with “Make it happen” are your strengths
  • We are looking for a fun and friendly, team player. Someone that is very efficient, flexible and incredibly proactive and looking to join an exceptionally fast-paced, hardworking brand team
  • You will need to have exceptional organizational and project planning skills as you will be managing multiple projects, liaising with internal and external partners, whilst ensuring timely and in-budget deliverables
  • You should have strong presentation & IT skills and have an impeccable eye for detail
  • Charlotte Tilbury operates in a fast-paced environment so you will demonstrate flexibility and agility.
  • You should have vast experience of managing schedules and workflow, managing a high volume of requests simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on, able to demonstrate experience in end-to-end delivery of campaign plans and materials
  • European beauty or retail experience preferable but not essential
