Everybody has something they want to learn and something they can teach. We know that anyone can be a teacher. But in the past, teachers could only help those around them. Scoodle is creating a way for the whole world to become a classroom. Educators can share and create content that lives online and helps students grow. Students can learn from and connect with the teachers who resonate with them the most. The best teachers around the world are not always accessible. You may not know the world’s best piano instructor or the best English teacher, but it doesn’t need to be that way. Scoodle is opening up access to the best teachers, so that everyone can grow together.

Where we are

We've put together a very talented team and launched our app just over two years ago. Since then we’ve got over 200k users on our platform, we were featured on the App Store and we brought the founder of Twitter onboard as an investor. It's been a great journey but we're just getting started.

How you fit in

You’ll be joining the leadership team at Scoodle, and you’ll work directly alongside the original founders to fulfil the vision of Scoodle. You’ll be making decisions with the founding team, and will help establish the scalability into our platform which is needed to execute on our vision.

What you’ll do

Optimise growth

  • Drive customer acquisition through digital channels – maintaining and constantly optimising for maximum impact
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and execute experiments throughout the ‘acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral’ funnel – identifying insights and key opportunities for improvement
  • Use analytics tools to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
  • Build, execute and deliver promotional campaigns focused on demand generation and brand awareness
  • Work closely with our performance marketer and community manager to reach company objectives

Shape strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with team
  • Identify new and innovative ways to both engage our users and reach new markets

Build the brand

  • Work with the team to create a consistent, differentiated brand image and embed it across all user-facing content and products
  • Develop and manage journalist relationships across national, regional, trade and business press


  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • 2+ years experience in fast-growing consumer tech company
  • Experience with running ad-campaigns online and optimising for conversions
  • Highly independent, comfortable taking something at idea stage and fleshing it out yourself
  • A keen eye for detail and a critical, analytical mind
  • Proficiency in English, you feel at home writing anything from stories to press releases and reports
