Casper is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Acquisition team. As a member of the Acquisition team, you will be responsible for growing Casper’s sales through efficient, scalable direct response channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience managing online or offline programs, a passion for leveraging data and analytics to make better decisions, and excellent project management skills with expertise in multi-tasking and prioritization. This role will work closely with external agencies and in-house Creative and Analytics teams. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition.
This role will focus on our traditional media or offline channels, specifically TV, radio and podcasts. You will help manage an 8-figure annual budget, with potential to scale in 2017. Your goal will be to help make Casper a best-in-class brand in offline marketing, from the audiences we target to the places we reach them to the ways we measure our campaigns.
