We're seeking an ideal candidate with a strong background in marketing execution, leadership, a data-driven approach, and a passion for understanding product and consumer needs. Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Marketing roles, with a track record of scaling teams.
  • Proven success directing and increasing businesses, managing, C2B, B2C, and B2B marketing, lead generation, e-commerce strategies, conducting marketing campaigns, and implementing marketing & e-commerce initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with C-level executives and managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets.
  • Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Prior experience leading marketing in a hypergrowth company and building a startup marketing team through data-driven methods.
  • Ownership of a P&L and decision-making rooted in data, testing, and iteration.
  • Expertise in developing and executing conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on multi-channel growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to be hands-on when required.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with effective plan implementation.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with electronics or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Self-directed with the flexibility to tackle additional tasks or projects.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

As a Marketing Director, you will:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the organization's marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to enhance brand awareness for
  • Drive revenue growth through successful marketing strategies encompassing market research, pricing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
  • Create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target market, motivate customer engagement, and boost sales.
  • Identify scalable marketing channels across digital media via rigorous testing and iteration.
  • Foster strategic alignment by setting ambitious objectives and key results on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, KPI analysis, and ROI assessments for marketing initiatives, offering actionable insights.
  • Lead creative efforts in social media and content creation, driving customer interaction to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with management and sales teams for local and virtual sales campaigns and events.
  • Stay updated with the latest tech releases to effectively plan and execute marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wholesale team to drive volume sales and secure additional national and international wholesale clients.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of website management and advertising to expand our target customer base.
