Sound like a match? Kabam is looking for a Marketing Manager, Mobile User Acquisition to join us in delivering titles such as Marvel: Contest of Champions and the upcoming Transformers: Forged to Fight.  We don’t just make games, we play and love them too.

You will contribute by:

  • Driving strategic marketing conversations and platforms with our largest partners -- Google, Facebook, Apple, etc. -- to define objectives and provide recommendations
  • Identifying, negotiating and closing media buys with ad partners
  • Setting and maintaining goals with clients and sellers for all Kabam advertising objectives
  • Tracking effectiveness of advertising campaigns and user conversion funnel, and implementing continuous improvements
  • Optimizing Facebook and Google campaigns to meet game objectives
  • Defining launch and post launch user acquisition plans that achieve Kabam's growth plan
  • Managing marketing budgets across the product portfolio
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results

Your background should include:

  • BS/BA in a highly quantitative field, or combined equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working directly with performance media companies
  • Managed mobile self-service platforms like Facebook and Google along with extensive knowledge of channel algorithms and scaling operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication with all levels of management, both internal and external
  • Excellent program management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects and competing priorities
  • Sharp eye for detail and comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, dynamic environment

Within the realm of User Acquisition, this role will become increasingly cross-functional and increasingly global in nature. This role plays an integral part in building the scale and range of capabilities of the User Acquisition team. Leveraging a substantial budget, the team drives both scale and efficiency, managing campaigns across multiple channel partners. The team also tests new channels in search of innovative ways to reach potential players.
