Marketing Operations Analyst

We’re seeking a collaborative, out-of-the-box thinker to join our kick-ass Marketing team and help us scale our marketing efforts through technical execution and data analysis.  As our very first Marketing Operations Analyst you’ll be knee deep in our marketing automation tool (Marketo) and have a hand in initiatives that will help grow and scale our business. We’ll call on you to set up and track our campaigns, own and optimize our website, and report on the effectiveness of our high-impact marketing initiatives.

  • Support all marketing efforts with technical execution, including email, nurture and triggered campaign setup as well as prospect and customer segmentation
  • Oversee and evolve the use of our Marketo marketing automation tool
  • Lead development of website business requirements and own website enhancements
  • Implement website analytics, split testing, and other optimization techniques
  • Support global marketing program analysis and ensure a timely reporting process
  • Lead new feature and functionality builds, including integration with new tools for broader reach

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of Marketing Operations experience (SaaS company preferred)
  • You are well-versed in marketing automation (Marketo experience preferred, but experience with HubSpot, Pardot, and Eloqua will be considered): you’ve run nurture campaigns, triggered campaign creation and performed advanced segmentation and reporting
  • You have experience scaling email enablement to support robust content marketing
  • You are able to implement best practices when it comes to deliverability, responsive design and compliance
  • You love data and are eager to support our marketing team with consistent and accurate reporting
  • You’re at your best when troubleshooting and working to solve hard problems
