The Role: 

Aisera marketing team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Marketo, Salesforce, MS office suite and willingness to learn other advanced MarTech stack.

This role is currently open for a hybrid/remote arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect quality of MQLs, SQL, SQOs created by different programs.
  • Enrich missing data, improve accuracy of information shared by event organizers.
  • Inspect and fix data issues required for campaign attribution reporting.
  • Verify lead routing, Lead scoring accuracy.
  • Reassign MQLs and opportunities to new owners as per required workflow.
  • Prepare documentation on workflows, SOPs used in Marketing operations.
  • Track program budget against actuals.
  • Share daily weekly and monthly progress against KPI goals.
  • Create, test and monitor Marketo programs for events, webinar, inbound, nurture, and paid channels.
  • Use UTM tracking for Campaign reporting.
  • Work with sales ops to troubleshoot and improve integration between Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Report on Marketo campaign performance.
  • Inspect Salesforce dashboards and reports for data inconsistency

Basic Qualifications:

  • Marketing Ops enthusiast with at least 1 year of hands on Marketo experience and the willingness to learn other advanced MarTech stack.
  • Ability to work in a remote first environment and compatibility with PST Time Zone
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
