About the Job

The Marketing Operations Manager is a key member of the Risk and Marketing teams. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth by conceiving and implementing high-impact strategies for customer lifetime value and customer engagement/retention. You’ll also team up with best-in-class data scientists (they’re really smart) and brand marketers (they’re more, what’s it, street smart?) to devise and implement innovative strategies that will (something here that isn’t “fuel the company’s growth”).

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end customer journey, which includes remarketing, retention and customer lifetime value optimization strategies
  • Collaborate closely with data science/marketing team to develop initiatives from intent through execution
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends
  • Utilize customer journey mapping to segment customers based on current and past engagement with site (repeat visitors, email interaction etc.)
  • Measure results and optimize the lead database for these segments with a goal to increase conversion
  • Own the agenda, execution, testing, and monitoring of email campaign

What You’ll Need

  • 2 to 4 years in a highly analytical environment with business and marketing strategy development
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management
  • Experience developing and implementing reporting programs in marketing automation and CRM platforms (ex. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)
  • High ownership and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Four-year college degree in required. Master's degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to, and influence senior leadership
  • Experience with developing and executing customer lifecycle management program preferred
  • Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology
