Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for architecting, executing, optimizing, and reporting of demand and lead gen campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for process, data, and reporting. This role will report directly to the VP of Demand Gen and work closely with the marketing and RevOps team to develop and build scalable integrated marketing campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline.

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll…

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking vision for marketing operations, measurement, and technology implementation.
  • Manage the implementation of Marketing Operations programs (e.g. marketing automation implementation, CRM enhancements, database enrichment & cleansing, etc.)
  • Utilize Marketo to build and execute marketing campaigns including campaign flows, developing dynamic content and complex nurture streams, form creation, lead scoring, and more.
  • Own, measure, and iterate on processes required to achieve lead qualification and lead velocity milestones.
  • Refine integration between salesforce and marketo to ensure campaign tracking and proper ROI measuring for campaign analysis.
  • Own marketing reporting including dashboards, QBR reports, and budgeting.
  • Identify marketing funnel improvement areas, and develop process/engagement solutions with the marketing and sales team.
  • Document processes and train other team members to execute programs in Marketo and other technologies within tech stack.
  • Own and evolve the use of Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and other tools in tech stack

What will you bring to this role…

  • Minimum 3 years marketing automation experience – Marketo certification preferred.
  • Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and the ability to articulate requirements to the Salesforce admin team. Proven experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to show marketing program success and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience with sales and marketing technology - Marketo, marketing attribution tools, etc.
  • Proven analytical and strategic experience and are able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges
