Marketing Operations Manager

We have a diverse, talented group of 150 team members, expected to grow to about 200 next year. We are moving swiftly to support this growth, which means you will need to wear lots of hats, be proactive, and be ready to have a massive impact. You will report to the Global Head of Marketing and work with a team of dedicated marketers and creatives who are passionate about succeeding.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, test, and execute company emails, newsletters, and nurture campaigns, as well as providing Hubspot management support to our Revenue Operations Manager 
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Luna’s WordPress website (luna.io), including developing new pages/templates, publishing content, reviewing performance analytics, identifying opportunities, and coordinating with sales, client success, legal, and product teams on needs and updates 
  • Manage Luna’s demo site (demo.luna.io), collaborate with content and design teams in architecting upgrades, and coordinate needed updates and optimizations with our third-party development team 
  • Manage webinar platform and its integration with Hubspot, luna.io, and Salesforce
  • Project manage webinars internally and with external guests
  • Manage Martech expenses, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Field and project manage marketing requests from internal teams 
  • Provide support in miscellaneous marketing team projects (like tradeshows)
  • Execute posts on social media accounts based on the content calendar 

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, marketing operations, or tangential role 
  • Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM platform 
  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platform
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
  • Project management experience (and interest to grow this skillset)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative, proactive, and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines 
  • Deep organizational skills 
  • Natural collaborator and team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
