Program Managers play an critical role in owning and driving to successful launch of business and product initiatives. In this role, you will define multiple related product development projects and operational workstreams that drive success to the organization's business needs. You will partner with engineering teams to develop a plan of record for a program across the portfolio of projects and manage to successful program delivery. You will establish and apply standards, policies, processes, and best practices across product and business operational workstream to drive program efficacy and efficiency.

  • Define
  • Work with the stakeholder teams to identify and define the overarching goal and customer/business value/impact.
  • Create user stories and use cases with clear MVP definition.
  • Plan
  • Map out and define the list of related and interdependent projects (portfolio of projects) and/or global workstreams that need to be completed to reach the overarching goal.
  • Develop the Program milestones, Plan Of Record, and final program delivery date.
  • Identify and prioritize the support resources/budget necessary to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
  • Develop the end to end operating plan and process in coordination with the business GFO to successfully achieve the business targets and KPIs.
  • Implement
  • Monitor the total and consolidated program progress, issues, and risks.
  • Communicate and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
  • Measure progress of business success metrics towards KPI targets.
  • Framework
  • Application of common standards and processes to execution of projects, support and enforce process adherence.
  • Develop and document program activities, guidelines/policies/procedures, and best practices.
  • Extend beyond technology practices and discipline to include business and operations domains.



  • Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university in Computer Science, Engineering, Management and Information Services or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or professional services.
