Marketing project coordinator

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES :

Project Management

• Support the team in the development and execution of Relationship Marketing projects such as automated communications sent to clients.
• Prepare quantitative reports to ensure the performance and relevance of messages sent across various channels.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and development for current and future projects.
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with teams to provide regular updates on project progress.
• Create creative briefs and act as the main contact for our designers.
• Ensure adherence to project delivery schedules and creative deliverables.
• Plan and conduct close follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Manage promotional mailings (integration, sending, and recommendations).

Continuous Optimization

• Lead optimization projects, from strategy design to creative implementation on platforms, in collaboration with team members.
• Analyze the results of initiatives and present them to the team with appropriate recommendations (A/B testing, targeting, etc.).
• Ensure continuous improvement of various marketing journeys.

THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:

You have a degree in marketing, paired with 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination.

• You possess strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have good communication and simplification skills.
• You have the ability to understand the challenges faced by different departments.
• You are organized with a keen attention to detail. 
• You are recognized for your autonomy, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
• You can create relevant statistical reports and recommend optimizations to implement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French; frequent contacts outside Quebec).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus!
