Sales Support - Market Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Understand SuperAwesome's products and know how they are used to solve advertisers’ problems
  • Ensure sales team are 100% briefed on the latest SuperAwesome, products, formats and initiatives
  • Ensure sales team are fully briefed on the latest industry insights
  • Assist sales team in developing and managing RFPs, presentations and proposal decks for clients
  • Follow Media Solutions processes across internal teams (Account Management, AdOps, Kidfluencer, etc) to ensure all campaigns transition seamlessly from proposal to successful delivery
  • Prepare and manage new and existing sales collateral and tools (e.g one pagers, media kits) for the sales team, capturing new opportunities for clients on a regular, scheduled basis
  • Ensure Netsuite and CRM tool are used effectively by the team
  • Ensure the quality of all client facing documentation and content is consistent and excellent at all times
  • Handle information that is highly confidential, strategic and critical in nature effectively
  • Provide outstanding internal and external client service

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years sales planning or agency experience
  • Excellent, writing and presentation skills
  • Exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
