JOB DESCRIPTION
The Member Success Coach will be a part of the RealScout Member Success Team, which is our implementation/training/customer service department. Our team’s goals are to:
1) Onboard new members
2) Train them to use the software
3) Provide inbound customer service via phone, email and live chat
4) Increase product usage
