Galvanize campuses are not simply places to work: they are environments of active engagement,learning and growth. The Member Success Manager at Galvanize is responsible for ensuring that all Galvanize members, both individuals and companies, are actively benefiting from the learning and growth opportunities at Galvanize. They do so by managing the delivery of meaningful, strategic programming, including (but not limited to) skills-based workshops & lectures, mentor sessions,networking events and peer learning opportunities. In addition, the role will be responsible for interfacing with members on a daily basis to understand their learning and growth needs and to gather campus-related feedback. The Member Success Manager will integrate this feedback into the campuses programming strategy and ensure other campus-related feedback is conveyed internally to the appropriate parties. Success will be measured based on (a) engagement of members (attendance rates), (b) value of programming based on NPS scores, (c) overall member retention/churn rates, and (d) membership revenue.
