We are looking for a Member Support Assistant to help our Concierge team process orders during our end-of-month rush. This is the perfect position for a student or anyone looking for a flexible side hustle to get some extra cash.
Your job will be to provide top-tier customer service to Bright Cellars members, while placing and confirming customer orders via email. This will be a pretty laid back position. However, we expect candidates to work diligently, in order to provide our members with the best service possible.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Proven professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Reliable and accountable.
- Should have a flexible schedule and be able to work 15-20 hours per week, between 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday-Friday, during the last few weeks of the month.
