About the Role
Merchant Campaign Marketing is a part of Gojek’s Marketing organization. The team is in charge of growing the demand for GoFood service through creative and dynamic marketing campaigns which promote our food merchant partners. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Merchant Marketing Campaign and based in Ho Chi Minh City.Are you a foodie? Are you enjoying sharing your food hunting experience? What Will You Do
- Build concept, communication plan and promotion scheme (if any) for high impact campaigns on a monthly basis
- Lead execution for campaigns on all online channels including Gojek own platform and digital media channel. You will take full accountability for keeping the progress of campaigns on track.
- Work very closely with the merchant team to bring the best deal/offer for your campaigns; also collaborating with other cross-functional teams to make the campaign happen.
- Coordinate with the production team to create dynamic, catchy, and on-trend content for your campaign while ensuring brand consistency on all platforms
- Coordinate with Brand team with daily activities and execution of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and optimizing performance for campaigns on online channels
- Assist the manager in building long-term strategy and manage budget
- Keep update of market intelligence, then proposing ideas to ensure Gojek/GoFood visibility and engagement to users
What Will You Need
- From 3 years of working experience in marketing or campaign team at a dynamic and fast-paced environment such as E-commerce/Tech startups with proven experience in campaign management
- Very strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese in order to collaborate with many stakeholders
- Solid analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skill to analyze problems and give solutions in campaign execution and planning
- Very detail-oriented, well-organized, get-things-done attitude and willing get your hands dirty to get very practical experience
- Have experience and knowledge about digital media is a plus
- Self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn
