Mid/Sr Full Stack Developer - VueJS & Laravel

Zipdev is looking for a passionate and creative web developer who will be an indispensable member of our Web Technology department. You will be part of a highly collaborative team of developers in a fast-paced and proactive environment. Your knowledge of the latest techniques and frameworks used to create fast, efficient, dynamic, scalable web apps will help us change modern education.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Vue.js
• Laravel experience
• Knowledge of semantic and accessible HTML
• Ability to write and maintain extensive custom CSS
• CSS Preprocessor knowledge, preferably Sass (Scss)
• Experience with build tools and configuration, preferably Webpack
• Familiarity with Node.js is a plus
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git / GitHub
• Excellent English communication level

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience with MVC or similar patterns or frameworks
• AdonisJs experience
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Experience with MySQL / MariaDB syntax
• Ability to write tidy, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• A friendly and approachable attitude

Our Recruitment Process

• 15-minute Initial Call
• 20-minute take-home skills test
• 30-minute Call with Recruiter (project, benefits etc.)
• Interviews directly with the client (1hr technical interview with me / 45m meeting with product lead /30m meeting with the broader team)
