Our team is responsible for building the shareholder experience. Shareholders are a crucial node in the Carta network. Their usage of the product lightens the load of company admins, while making it easy for shareholders to manage their equity. We’re a cross functional team that enjoys working collaboratively to solve problems that employees (like you and me) at private companies face each day.
As an Android Engineer on the team, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our Android product meets the needs of our shareholders while making sure our platform is prepared for future products.

You are a passionate Android Engineer who has a deep understanding of the user experience and empathy for the user. With 2-5 years experience, you’re fluent in Kotlin, take pride in your ability to write clear, concise and maintainable code and are familiar with unit testing best practices. We need a strong communicator who is comfortable working with stakeholders across the org to understand business and product requirements. You understand that being an effective engineering partner means collaborating with product managers, designers, front-end web developers, and backend developers.
