About the role

A mobile Product Manager is required by Perkbox to take ownership of the mobile roadmap and to drive stability and growth through the Perkbox mobile app.

The Native App Product Manager will report to the Director of Product Management and will own and manage the delivery of four product verticals within the native app, as well as prioritising and delivering on work to improve the performance of the app itself and the continuity of the four verticals within it.

The Mobile Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • KPIs and reporting across the company’s four product verticals (Perks, Insights, Recognition, Medical) within the app
  • Understanding the opportunities, requirements and customer problems for each product vertical
  • Testing and delivering new features and optimisations that positively enhance the business KPIs and improve customer experience
  • Creating a consistent UX and visual language throughout the app
  • Creating high quality user stories and acceptance criteria that facilitate a high-impact and speedy workflow


About you

The Native app Product Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable product management experience in delivering products and features in native apps
  • Solid understanding of app release processes (approvals, versioning, comms)
  • Ability to balance competing priorities of other product managers and the wider business
  • Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
  • Ability to quickly understand wider industry trends - technical and/or product
  • Holistic view of external and internal product ideation, innovatio
