Mobile Product Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are searching for a Mobile Product Marketing Manager to lead our global mobile marketing activities, and ultimately drive app downloads, user engagement and bookings. This role is focused on data-driven inbound and outbound mobile marketing and is the liaison between the marketing teams and the mobile app. His/her insights will be a key input to develop and improve our Agoda mobile applications.

 

The position is based at our Global Operations Office in Bangkok, Thailand and reports to the Product Owner of Direct Channels.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitors, reports, investigates and escalates anomalous trends impacting the apps funnel metrics, across key markets and app platforms (iPhone, iPad, Android)
  • Monitors app user reviews, ratings & store rankings and benchmarks competitors’ products, proposing ideas for new product features to the app product team
  • Liaises between the marketing teams and the app product team to identify marketing needs, supports the prioritization in the development pipeline
  • Identifies, qualifies and leads the selection process of 3rd party mobile marketing vendors, manages the relationships with the vendors, organizes user training as required
  • Identifies mobile marketing trends and specific opportunities in key markets, in liaison with marketing teams in the HQ and locally (Pay-Per-Click, Affiliates, PR, Brand)
  • Consolidates mobile marketing actions into a consolidated plan, project manages it and reports to management, coordinating action owners and stakeholders across teams
  • Creates and owns a model of Customer Lifetime Value of app users, providing guidance to paid marketing activities
  • Initiates and manages and reports about app coupon campaigns, according to ROI targets
  • Creates, optimizes and localizes the app store user experience, supported by designer, copyrighter, translation teams
  • Creates user stories and leads the product development of website changes to drive app downloads and bookings
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, mathematics, engineering or other relevant fields. MBA an advantage
  • Experience in mobile marketing a strong plus
  • Experience in tech product management or e-commerce a plus
  • 5+ years of work experience, in an multi-cultural environment
  • Passion for numbers & strong analytical skills
  • Track record of delivering projects through KPIs and targets
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across different functional areas within the organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills
