National Sales Executive (Austin, TX)

As a National Sales Executive at Signpost, you will be working with one of the biggest revenue drivers for the company - individual franchisees and businesses with 5+ locations. Your success will be laying the foundation to develop Preferred Vendor relationships on a national level.

There are about 2,600 franchises in the United States and we are confident that Signpost can address the needs of more than 90% of them. Joining a small but quickly growing team offers a tremendous growth opportunity in a rapidly growing revenue channel. You can expect to be an expert in prospecting, building long-term relationships, and closing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 75+ outbound sales calls per day to individual franchise locations & multi-location businesses (under 25 locations) offering Signpost’s product suite
  • Position yourself to understand and build upon the marketing needs of multi-location business
  • Prospecting to find new potential clients, identify clients’ needs and propose effective sales strategies via phone

What We Expect from You:

  • 1-3+ years previous full-cycle sales experience preferably with franchise brands
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, closing sales over the phone
  • Must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
  • Follow a transactional sale model with a 3-4 call close
  • Ability to build relationships quickly to leverage referrals within national brands
  • A competitive, outgoing team player who will do what it takes to win
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
