THE CHALLENGE:
We're looking for start-up oriented candidates to bring their creative problem solving skills, excellent communication and competitive drive to the team. This individual will lead a team of Business Development Sales Reps responsible for acquiring new Eventbrite customers with operational expertise and execution.  This team is focused on evangelizing our solution in market, acquiring customers, and further cementing our place as a market leader.

THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence.  In this role you will lead and coach a high-performing sales team responsible for selling prospects on our unique value proposition and ensuring that the broader market understands how we are shaking up the way ticketing is done.
An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience and have worked in a growth-stage environment. Candidate must have a proven ability to execute a solution oriented sales process, drive market strategy, coach and mentor sales reps, and history of exceeding quarterly and yearly targets.
