National Training Manager

Job Overview:

eero is looking for a National Training Manager, a critical role within the channel organization. The NTM role will be responsible for strategy, development, and execution of an overall training plan across all segments of distribution (Mass, CE, Home Improvement, Regional, Pro) and customized to the unique retail customers. The NTM will also oversee the eero field team responsible for engagement at all levels of retail (from floor associate to GM), ultimately driving conversion and share growth at the point of sale. This exciting role will need a dynamic leader that has both a full understanding of the unique technology powering eero (hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and app) AND expertise in “teaching” that technology to the field to enable better selling.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop training strategy that educates various parties about eero’s unique product platform, why we’ve built it the way we have, and how to sell it
  • Create compelling content to engage, educate, and inspire retail associates via both online and in-person trainings
  • Build relationships with training/sales development contacts at the corporate level with all key retail customers
  • Manage third-party field team nationally to drive increased conversion at the point of sale while maintaining brand integrity (compliance) within each retail outlet

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • The passion, energy, and drive to lead the next wave of WiFi and contribute to growing eero’s leading market share position. A leader that not only understands “what” we’re selling, but is a teacher of “why” and “how” to sell as well
  • A knack for rapport building, driving relationships with key channel partner leadership that lead to unique opportunities to tell eero story to the field
  • Experience both in developing content, delivering digital and in-person trainings, and/or public speaking in front of 300+ attendees
  • Understanding of teaching methodologies and what types of incentives or learning programs work
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Openness to 20% travel within the US
