NetSuite Administrator (Temp, 12 months)

We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join the Finance and Accounting team in a temporary role for 12 months. The NetSuite Administrator will manage the day-to-day functions of our ERP system across all company divisions. We are a fast-growing company and need a motivated and talented person who will be driven to understand business needs and challenges and can implement changes to support the business..

As a NetSuite Administrator at Tomorrow.io, You will:

• Perform day-to-day NetSuite Administrator duties
• Identify and document corporate requirements and spearhead development and implementation of new system enhancements and/or features, as well as maintain existing functionalities and performance
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments on process improvements that can be facilitated by system functionality and system controls
• Provide support to the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure that user requirements are met and any troubleshooting is remediated on a timely basis
• Understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, and reporting.
• Assist in identifying “end-user” needs, such as training, functionality and process management including creation of customizations to meet the business needs
• Review and evaluate existing NetSuite configuration for effectiveness by developing new strategies to improve or further leverage the system
• Maintain and support the NetSuite ERP applications and related 3rd party integrations for internal stakeholders (eg. SFDC, Adaptive, et al)
• Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports and NetSuite data model to provide support for end-user requests
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
• Maintain the ability to support data import processes and migration across business
• Working knowledge of csv imports, workflows, user provisioning, defining roles, and process migration

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or similar experience
• 3+ years’ experience working with NetSuite as an Administrator, Developer or Systems Manager, strongly desired
• NetSuite Administrator Certificate preferred
• Experience integrating NetSuite with other enterprise information systems, such as Salesforce, and Adaptive, desired
• Experience with Netsuite modules such as Supply Chain Management (Manufacturing, Inventory, Receiving), Item records management and Project Management
• Ability to complete a combination of short-term needs, while managing long-term projects
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation and effective in interfacing with internal customers
• Capacity to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
